this is a (nearly finished-not quite yet) mixed media collage looking into the qualities of the classroom space- wanted to show the strong link to the surrounding marshland/sea- a very outdoor-indoor feel. very horizontal timber walls and a reading/sitting area extending out into the marsh with wood slat louvres.
The wall battens can be used to hang displays and children's work- that would make the space look and feel more interactive.
